Hello, I’m Sumaita Kabir, founder of The Missing Company.

Before starting this company, I spent years working behind the scenes as an analyst and strategist building financial models, analyzing performance, designing systems, and helping businesses grow from the inside. On paper, everything made sense: the degrees, the job titles, the dashboards, the outcomes.

But I started noticing a pattern.

Brilliant leaders were burning out.
Companies had data but no clarity.
Businesses were scaling, just not in the right direction.

Decisions were being made on instinct, incomplete reporting, or disconnected metrics. And when growth stalled, no one could clearly explain why.

That gap between having data and using it to make confident decisions is where most businesses struggle.

That’s the gap I built The Missing Company to solve.

My Philosophy

I believe growth should be intentional, not reactive.

Strong businesses are built from the inside out, starting with:

Analytics isn’t about reports or dashboards for the sake of it.
